A Personal Approach to Holistic Wellness
At Healingology, my aim is simple: to help you feel more balanced, calm, and aligned. Whether you're navigating emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or simply feel “off,” my work is designed to gently support your body’s natural capacity to self-regulate.
Using a blend of Systematic Kinesiology and Scenar Therapy, I help clients identify where their system may be under pressure—physically, emotionally, chemically, or energetically—and offer tools to support realignment. Each session is led by your body’s feedback and tailored entirely to your needs.
Support for Adults & Children
I work with both adults and children, offering a calm and respectful space to explore what might be affecting wellbeing. Many parents bring their children to sessions for support with:
Sleep and restlessness
Digestive or skin issues
Transitions, fears, or anxiety
While adults often seek support for:
Stress or emotional burnout
Energy depletion or chronic overwhelm
Navigating big life transitions
All sessions are non-invasive and led by your body’s own wisdom—there is no guesswork, and no pressure. My role is simply to support what your system is already trying to do: find balance.
